My past positions included 11 years in Loss Prevention and 4 years in Store Operations for a national retail chain. These positions included Loss Prevention Investigator, Store Manager and District Manager and provided me with a unique prospective on how to make security systems usable. Joining Midwest Digital Systems full-time in 2006 allowed me to bring my experience to help end users get the most out of their system and ensuring usability outweighed spec’s and technical jargon. My goal is to ensure the end result of a MDS system is one that can provide you with the features and convenience you want.
